Vincent Spenlehauer

Academic Researcher at the ENPC

Vincent Spenlehauer, initially trained as an engineer, holds a PhD in political science and an accreditation to direct sociology research (HDR). He is currently the director of the public policy training cluster of the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Champs-sur-Marne. His research looks at the evaluation of public policies, the relations between social science and public decision-making, and organizational innovation in different public policy fields, such as energy, road safety, or the fight against terrorism.
