Specialized Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Action for Sustainable Development (MPAPDD) at the École des Ponts ParisTech and AgroParisTech
The Specialized Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Action for Sustainable Development (Mastère Spécialisé® Politiques et actions publiques pour le développement durable, MPAPDD) is the training programme offered to senior management staff of government ministries responsible for agriculture and the environment. It is designed to offer them training on the devices and analytical tools necessary to contribute to public policies and actions related to sustainable development.
LISIS member Vincent Spenlehauer is responsible for this programme at the École des Ponts. Several LISIS members participate in teaching work and student supervision. One of the programme’s purposes is to host engineers from the Corps des Ponts, des Eaux et des Forêts (IPEF) regularly, to do their PhD at the laboratory.
In relation to the MPAPDD, the LISIS is planning to create a specialized Master’s programme certified by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles, called the Master’s Degree in Research and Innovation Strategies and Policies (Master Stratégies et Politiques de Recherche et d’Innovation, SPRI), which will also be run at the École des Ponts ParisTech.
